I hate that song. The lyrics about Romeo and Juliet creep me out because I remember a suicide cluster where teenage couples would drive their cars into the walls of EL Takuache Cuh Cuhh shirt. I find that obscene. Anyone who knows anyone who is suicidal or even just severely depression, maybe even depressed themselves realizes that song romanticized death as freedom. Death is a part of life, accepting that is hard for many people because the will to live is so strong. But to infer one should welcome death or idealize it, is too much for me. Teenagers, who are especially impulsive and overly dramatic, don’t need their dark fantasies reinforced.
