My husband has dementia,but I got him a stuffed dog.And he sleeps with him,and he tell’s me story’s about thing’s the dog did that day.I had to put him in a nurseing home 4 years ago,but I go to see him just about every day.If he is having a sad day, I can tell because he has Strong Cat Mom Seattle Seahawks shirt where he is being cared for.He has had this disease for 10 years now.we have been married for 58 years.Love the one in your family with Dementia all you can, because my husband tells me I love You Honey all the time.Thats about all he can say.
