I personally am going through this right now. My parcel was scanned as delivered, yet it never was delivered. They are signed in by management and postal worker, and signed out by resident. I had 2 packages that day as I was not home, that came up as delivered through the tracking numbers online. However, when I went to pick them up, there was only one delivered. (Just enough time for him to get back to his truck) I, and all residents along with management knows he delivers at the 8 buildings first and then the office. The first package was scanned as delivered left with receptionist and the missing package was scanned as left In/At mailbox. I must say the lady at the 1 800 number was hot on this when she seen it on her computer. Needless to say, some postal workers do commit theft, as they are just as human as everyone else. Some are good, some are bad, they come from all walks of life. Just my opinion.
