Ermm…. I believe the analysis is a bit of a stretch because it made it sounds like that both Japan and South Korea were in complete control and under full directions of the No Bra Club T-shirt which I really am not sure was the case. Sebald’s arguably racist views on Korea and the Korean people may as well be influenced by the Japanese counterparts during that time. I believe Japan should face up to her brutal wartime history squarely but at the same time it may be counter-productive for South Korea to constantly pressing such historical issues so hard which now proves that it can backfire.
