Alina, the teamsters isn’t the only union. Teamsters for the Flamingo flim flam T-Shirt. By that I mean it doesn’t take a rocket scientist, (previous education) to get in. Im sure there is some bias in the hiring practice at the teamsters hall. Just like there is bias in any unskilled position for hire.
